Rudy Karsan is most well-known for founding Kenexa, a leading SaaS-based provider of human capital management software that Rudy and a team of talented executives took public in 2005 and sold to IBM in 2012 for $1.3 billion. A self-confessed geek, Rudy is inspired by out-of-the-box technology that is in sync with his constant endeavor to help make people’s lives better in some way.
He possesses the rare combination of a strong background in actuarial science with the ability to dream big, which has paved the way for his success as an entrepreneur. Together, these paved the way for his new venture, Karlani Capital, an operating fund that aims to “enable the growth and success of ideas that are original, interesting and potentially useful to people.”
